Merchant Dashboard

Your Merchant Dashboard is where you can access everything and anything related to your ForumPay account. From adding users to generating payments to viewing settlements, the Merchant Dashboard is your resource. We are not going to get into too much details in this post, but we do have a Merchant Dashboard User Guide available for you to review with all the details on how to make the most of your Merchant Dashboard.

 

Payment Options

Payment Widget

Our payment widget can be configured from within your Merchant Dashboard by filling out just a few form fields. The payment widget can then be embedded on your website (via iFrame) and will allow your users to complete crypto payments. Our widget is self-contained with an optimize UI/UX to ensure payments are completed quickly and accurately.

 

Payment Button

Even easier than our payment widget is our payment button. Simply place our payment button on your website and upon clicking, the user will be redirected to a ForumPay hosted payment page where they can complete their payment. 

 

Dashboard Payments

Your merchant dashboard includes a "virtual terminal" which allows you to create and present crypto payments in real-time from any web enabled device. This is an ideal solution for POS or other in-person payment scenarios.

 

Shopping Carts

If you are a shopping cart user, ForumPay has plugins built for the following platforms:

• Magento 1.9

• Drupal

API

Our API allows for the most flexible and robust integrations. Using ForumPay's API you can have complete control over the entire payment experience and create a "white label" version of our checkout. More information on using the API can be found in our online API Documentation.

 

Understanding A Crypto Payment

The most important thing to understand about a crypto payment is that all crypto payments are final. Once the consumer sends crypto from their wallet there is no way for them to get it back. This is a critical concept when it comes to understanding payment errors and how to resolve them. ForumPay's platform is built with all the features required, both automated and manual, to make handling consumer payment errors a breeze.
