Fixed Payment Addresses (FPA) allows you to create a unique payment address for any of the cryptocurrencies ForumPay accepts. You can then assign this address to any of your payers (consumers, vendors, etc.) and the address becomes their own. The address owner can then send crypto at anytime, from any place and the funds will be instantly converted (according to your account preferences) and settled to your account.
FPAs are ideal for gaming, casino, cam, wallets and any other scenario where you accept ongoing payments from a single person/entity. There is no need for them to go through a payment page, they just add your FPA to their wallet and send money at their convenience. You have heard of 1-click payments? Well this is zero-click payments. No friction, no delays, no funnel fallout, just money coming in.
To have FPAs enabled on your account, please email [email protected]. Once enabled you can create FPAs via our API or directly in your Merchant Dashboard.
From your Merchant Dashboard you can find FPA under Manage Account > Payer Addresses
Your Payer Addresses page will show you a list of the payer addresses you have added to your account, along with a button to create a new payer address:
Please note that the following fields are required when creating a payer address:
- Payer ID - a unique Payer ID, of your choosing, to use as a reference for the payer
- Payer Country - the country the payer resides in
- Currency - the cryptocurrency for this particular fixed address
- Payer IP Address - the IP Address of the payer
